Today I'm going to show you a project I am so proud of. When I was at my mom's house a few weeks ago she had just bought a dining table and chairs from a neighbor. The table needed to be sanded and refinished so I was going to help her do that but it turns out that we did other things and didn't get to it. I did show her some pictures to give her ideas of what to do with it though and she took it from there. I love what she did!

Very nice! I've been admiring white painted furniture with stained tops for some time. Finally jumped in and tried it on a small end table with shelf and drawer and it looks great. A couple minor flaws but I'm happy with it. Would love to do our kitchen table and chairs the same way. Need a bit more confidence!
